These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and use of products and services provided by LàBoundCandles operating in New South Wales, Australia. By accessing or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Ordering and Purchasing:

1.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

2.3. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

3.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 7- 10-day time frame

3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within NSW and the shipping method chosen.

3.3. We are not liable for any delays or damages that occur during shipping and delivery.

4.1. We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements for faulty or damaged products.

4.2. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

4.3. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned product is received by us.

5.2. Follow the safety instructions provided with the product to ensure safe usage.

5.3. Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
