 Are your candles safe to burn indoors?

Absolutely! Our candles are designed to be safe for indoor use. We use non-toxic ingredients and carefully test our products to ensure they meet safety standards.

 Do you offer custom or personalised candles?

 How long do your candles burn?

The burn time of our candles varies depending on the size and type of candle. As a general guideline, our standard-sized candles typically burn for approximately 55- 60 hours. Our large candles can burn for approximately 65-68 hours.

 Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to reach customers in other countries in the future.

 Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, our candles are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients or test our products on animals.

 How should I care for my candles to ensure optimal burn performance?

To maximise the lifespan and performance of your candles, we recommend trimming the wick to ¼ inch before each use, allowing the wax to melt evenly across the surface, and avoiding burning candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

 What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
